Longevity Snapshot
Three numbers, five minutes
Most people find out how their body is holding up when something goes wrong. Today you find out while everything is fine. That is when the information is still useful.
The Longevity Snapshot is three measures: how hard you can grip, how many times you can stand from a chair in thirty seconds, and what your body is made of. Each one has published research behind it. Together, nothing this fast tells you more about how capable and independent you will stay as you age.
How it works
Visit the three stations in any order. Our team measures you and writes each number on your card. Then come back to this page and type the three numbers in. You will see where you sit against published data for people your age and sex.
Everything happens on your own phone. Your numbers are not sent anywhere. Closing this tab clears them.
